Having already managed and run a pool cleaning business, he brings real-world experience along with a strong focus on problem-solving, leadership, and customer interaction. He is dependable, driven, and a quick learner, with a long-term vision of growing and leading the company into the future. He also has a developing interest in small engine repair, expanding his technical skill set.
Heather Phillips ensures the business runs smoothly behind the scenes. She brings organization, clarity, and consistency to operations—handling communication, scheduling, and billing with precision. Customers experience her work through fast responses, clear communication, and a seamless overall process. Heather has also led a homeschool co-op in North Myrtle Beach that grew to nearly 90 students and cares deeply about the people she serves.
Joey Phillips supports the business with leadership, experience, and a strong foundation in service. His background in ministry and his family’s history in trades continue to shape the values and standards behind the work.
